Agentix8 is a software company that provides AI-assisted lead follow-up for real estate brokerages and agents. We are not a real estate brokerage. By using this website or agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to these terms.

SMS Program Terms

  • Program name: Agentix8 lead follow-up texts.
  • What you will receive: conversational texts about your real estate inquiry, help scheduling a conversation with an agent, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Texts are sent on behalf of the brokerage or agent named on the form you submitted.
  • How you opt in: by checking the optional text message consent box on a lead form, such as a Facebook or Instagram lead form. See how consent is collected.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out and help: Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your request, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No purchase required: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
