Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and run the service:

• Contact details: your name, mobile phone number and email address.
• What you submitted on a form: the answers you gave on the lead form, such as the type of property you are interested in or whether you are looking to buy or sell, and the date you submitted it.
• Message content: the text messages exchanged with you, and when they were sent and delivered.
• Consent records: whether and when you agreed to receive texts, and any request you make to stop them.
• Appointment details: the time of any call or meeting you schedule with an agent.
• Account and usage data for our customers: if you sign in to app.agentix8.com as a brokerage or agent user, your name, email address and basic records of activity in the app.

We do not ask for financial information such as income, credit scores or bank details by text, and you should not send it. If you do, we do not use it to respond to you.

• To respond to your real estate inquiry on behalf of the brokerage or agent you contacted.
• To help you schedule a conversation with an agent, and to send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• To honor your choices, including stopping texts when you reply STOP.
• To operate, secure, maintain and improve the service, including reviewing conversations for quality and compliance.
• To comply with law and to protect the rights and safety of you, our customers and Agentix8.

Replies may be drafted with the help of artificial intelligence. Brokerages and agents can review conversations and step in at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging providers) solely to provide the service.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Program Terms for details.

We share information only as described here:

• The brokerage or agent you contacted. Your inquiry and conversation are available to the business you reached out to and its agents, so they can help you.
• Service providers. Companies that help us run the service, such as messaging providers, cloud hosting and database providers, and artificial intelligence providers that help draft replies. They may use the information only to provide services to us, and not for their own marketing.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect rights, property or safety.
• Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising.

We keep information for as long as the brokerage or agent you contacted uses our service and as needed to provide it, then delete or de-identify it unless we must keep it longer to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce agreements. We keep records of your consent and opt-out requests for as long as needed to honor them and show compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access controls that limit who can see conversations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Email us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to verify your request, and we may work with the brokerage or agent you contacted to respond.

app.agentix8.com uses only the cookies needed to keep signed-in users signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
