Agentix8: fast, personal follow-up for real estate leads

Agentix8 is software for real estate brokerages and agents. When someone asks a brokerage for information (for example on a Facebook or Instagram form) and agrees to be texted, Agentix8's AI assistant follows up by text on the agent's behalf. It answers first questions and sets up a short call with the agent.

Agents stay in control. They can pause the AI or take over any conversation, and nothing is sent without the brokerage's settings allowing it.

How it works

  1. A lead asks

    Someone asks a brokerage for information, for example on a Facebook or Instagram form, and agrees to be texted.

  2. The assistant texts back

    Agentix8's AI assistant replies by text and answers first questions. When asked, it clearly says it is an AI assistant.

  3. A call is set up

    A short call is booked on the agent's calendar, or the conversation is handed to the agent.

Google Calendar

An agent can connect their own Google Calendar so Agentix8 can book calls at times that work for them. With the agent's permission, Agentix8 uses Google Calendar only to:

  • List the agent's calendars, so the agent can choose which one to book on.
  • See when the agent is busy. Agentix8 reads free and busy times only, never event details.
  • Create, move or cancel the one meeting Agentix8 books on the agent's own calendar.

No attendees are invited to these meetings and Google sends no emails about them. Agentix8 does not read the content of existing events. We do not sell calendar data or use it for ads.

The agent can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in Settings → Calendar, which revokes Agentix8's access.

Agentix8's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Texting and privacy

  • We only text people who asked for information and agreed to be texted.
  • Anyone can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.
  • We never ask for financial details by text.
