This page shows how people agree to receive Agentix8 lead follow-up texts. Agentix8 is a software company that provides AI-assisted lead follow-up for real estate brokerages and agents. We only text people who submitted a lead form and checked the box agreeing to be texted about their inquiry.

How people opt in

A person asks a real estate brokerage or agent for information by submitting a lead form on Facebook or Instagram. The form asks for their name, phone number and email, and includes an optional text message consent checkbox with the language below.

  • The checkbox is optional. A person can submit the form without checking it.
  • The checkbox is not pre-checked. The person must check it themselves.
  • The checkbox is separate from Facebook's privacy-policy checkbox and from the form's privacy policy notice.
  • The consent names Agentix8, which sends the texts, and the brokerage Agentix8 texts on behalf of. Each form names its own brokerage. The example below uses “Example Realty” as a placeholder.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

After someone opts in

They receive conversational texts about their real estate inquiry, help scheduling a conversation with an agent, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies.
